John Arnold

John Arnold has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. John has held leadership positions in various companies. John began their career in 1988 at Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Sales Promotion Specialist and Purchasing Administrator. John later transitioned to become a Career Agent at the same company. In 1998, they joined Junior Achievement of Central Iowa as Vice President of District Operations, where they recruited and trained local board members, executed fundraising campaigns, and implemented programs in schools. In 2000, they became the President of Junior Achievement of Dayton/Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. In 2006, they returned to Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Career Agent until 2012. John then worked as the President of Midwest Insurance Corporation from 2012 to 2016, overseeing all aspects of the business. John also served as the Vice President of Programs and Athlete Experiences at Special Olympics Iowa, where they achieved significant growth and improvement. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at MetLife. John then joined COUNTRY Financial as a Sales Manager for Independent Agents and later became the Brokerage Leader. Currently, they serve as the Executive Surety Marketing Rep and Regional Director Midwest Commercial at Old Republic Surety Company.

John Arnold attended Simpson College from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Public Relations.
