Brian C. Rosenberger

Brian C. Rosenberger, MBA, currently serves as the ITSM Process Manager at Old Republic Title, where responsibilities include overseeing the Freshservice product and managing a team during the migration from ServiceNow to Freshservice ITSM. Prior roles at Old Republic Title include Change Management Process Owner and Problem Manager, focusing on change management processes and ITIL-aligned problem management. Before joining Old Republic Title, Brian worked for the Metropolitan Airports Commission as an ITSM Process Manager and System Analyst, with extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform and system administration for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Police Department. Brian's career began at Dominium Management Services as a Network Manager/Administrator. Educational achievements include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and advanced certifications in Management Information Systems from Metro State University, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Relations and Affairs from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
