Kathy Bush-Soule'

Kathy Bush-Soule' currently serves as VP and NCTS Administrative Manager at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company since 2019, overseeing strategic directives and operational initiatives within the National Commercial Title Services Division. Previously, from 2014 to 2018, Kathy directed HR Operations for North America at DOF Subsea, managing comprehensive human resources programs. From 1997 to 2013, Kathy held the position of VP Administrative Operations Director at Stewart Title, where responsibilities included managing personnel and infrastructure for the national division. Earlier in her career, Kathy was Manager of Sales and Contracts Administration Departments at Synercom Technology, Inc., leading sales support and contract management services. Kathy is an alumnus of Ohio University.
