Kevin T. Pogoda, Esq. is a seasoned legal and title insurance professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the First Vice President and Virginia State Manager for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company since May 2006, Kevin oversees Virginia Operations for a highly rated national title insurance underwriter. Previously, Kevin held the position of President of the Virginia Land Title Association from June 2014 to June 2015, advancing the mission of efficient property ownership transfer. Kevin also led the Tysons Masterminds Chapter of BNI from October 2011 to October 2012. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked as a Settlement Officer and Title Agent at Universal Title and as a Real Estate Attorney at Mason & Associates, conducting thousands of transactions and drafting legal documents. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
