Prior roles include Vice President, Underwriting Counsel at First National Title Insurance Company™️ and Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic Title. With a solid foundation in managing branch operations, compliance, and customer service, Michelle has effectively overseen the entire real estate closing process across various companies, including Capital Title and Corridor Title. An accomplished examining attorney, Michelle has specialized in title opinion drafting, examination, and commercial transactions, demonstrating expertise in navigating legal complexities in the title and escrow industry. Michelle holds a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law.
