At Old School Tea, we’re not just in the business of serving coffee — we’re in the business of serving people.

Our team members — whom we proudly call partners — are at the heart of everything we do. Being a partner at Old School Tea means being part of something greater: creating meaningful experiences, driving positive change, and growing both professionally and personally.

Here, every day is an opportunity to be your best self, make a difference, and contribute to your community.

We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where all qualified individuals — including minorities, veterans, and people with disabilities — can thrive.

Our mission guides us in everything we do:
To be the premier purveyor of the finest tea and coffee in India — inspiring and nurturing the human spirit, one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

Join us. Grow with us. Inspire with every cup.
