Adam Baez

Adam Baez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adam started their career as a Store Manager at Game Crazy in 2001 and then moved on to work as an Assistant Manager at Advance America. In 2009, they joined Xentris LLC as an Information Technology Assistant before transitioning to Comcast as a Customer Account Executive Level 2 in 2010. Adam then worked as a Support Engineer at Advance Distribution Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, followed by a role as a Network Consultant at Xerillion from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Network Administrator at Connect Search, LLC and later moved on to Witt/Kieffer as an Infrastructure Analyst from 2016 to 2020. Adam's next role was at Amazon, where they served as an IT Support Engineer I from 2020 until the present. Most recently, they joined Old Second National Bank in 2023 as a Network Infrastructure Engineer.

Adam Baez attended DeVry University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Administration. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two additional certifications. In December 2014, they received the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in January 2021, they completed the Wireshark Essential Training certification through LinkedIn.
