Chris Lasse

Chris Lasse has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chris began their career as an Account Executive at Management Recruiters of St. Charles in 2001, where they focused on the financial services industry. In 2002, they joined Old Second National Bank as the HR Director and Director of Recruiting. In this role, they collaborated with various departments to align HR processes with business objectives. In 2015, Chris moved to Control Solutions LLC, where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 2017. Chris then returned to Old Second National Bank as the Director of Human Resources and later became the SVP Director of HR and Training & Development in 2019. Additionally, from 2009 to 2014, Chris worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Aurora University.

Chris Lasse obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from Aurora University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they earned a BA in English Literature and Spanish Literature from Wheaton College. In terms of certifications, Chris obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2005, and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in November 2015.
