Jason Fels

Jason Fels currently serves as the First Vice President of Syndications at Old Second National Bank, a position held since February 2014, following a merger in December 2021. Fels has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held various roles including Commercial Vice President of Syndications at West Suburban Bank and Credit Officer at North Community Bank. Fels started a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at Marquette Bank and has cultivated skills in commercial lending and credit processes through different positions across multiple banks. Additionally, Fels has contributed to the American Bankers Association as an Internet Instructor since 2000 and has been an active member of Toastmasters. Jason Fels earned a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business.
