Thomas Gallagher possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Old Second National Bank since September 2019 and as Chief Credit Officer at Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest since October 2013. Previously, Thomas held the position of Head of Credit Risk Administration at FBOP Corp from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included portfolio segmentation and analysis for a multi-bank holding company specializing in commercial real estate valued at $14 billion. Thomas also contributed to JPMorgan Chase from 1989 to 2008 as Head of Administration in Real Estate Banking.
