Paul Ridley

Paul Ridley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Old Street Digital since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nomura from June 2019 to January 2022, first as part of the Wholesale Digital Office and later assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer. From 2014 to 2018, Ridley held the position of Head of Corporate Strategy at Source ETF. Paul also worked as a Consultant in the Financial Services Practice at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2014. Ridley pursued an MBA at Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Before that, they held various roles at Greenwich Associates from 2005 to 2010, including Senior Client Associate, Client Associate, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate.

Paul Ridley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colgate University in 2005. Paul then pursued further education by attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Strategy, with a specialization in Analytical Consulting from 2010 to 2012.
