Lisa Derosia

Lisa DeRosia has extensive experience in music education and performance, currently serving as the Children's Music Programmer at the Old Town School of Folk Music since September 1996. In this role, Lisa manages children's programs and has worked as a teaching artist, specializing in voice, guitar, children's music, beginning piano, and songwriting. Lisa is pursuing a Master's degree in Vocal Pedagogy at Northeastern Illinois University, where attendance spans from September 2018 to June 2023. Additionally, from 1994 to May 2021, Lisa operated as a teaching artist, vocalist, harmony singer, songwriter, and music teacher. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Film Studies, and Theatre from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1982 and 1986.
