Maurice Lepcha

Maurice Lepcha is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience as an Executive Chef, currently leading the kitchen at MEZAJ FIND DINING RESTRO AND BAR since April 2023 and previously at MOB SHREEMS RESTAURANT CHERISH GROUP since January 2017. Maurice has also held the position of Executive Chef at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since June 2014, and began a career in the culinary arts as a commie during the pre-opening phase of choice group hotel Ltd. from January 2009 to February 2010. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from the BHM Institute of Management and Engineering, completed between 2005 and 2008, and an undergraduate degree from Scotis University from 1999 to 2001.
