Chris White

Chris White is a seasoned Senior Human Resource Leader with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, and residential construction. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and HR at Oldcastle APG since September 2019, Chris previously held key HR leadership roles at Oldcastle Infrastructure, Leviat in North America, and Merchants Metals, managing human resources for organizations with a combined workforce of over 1,000 employees. In earlier roles as Director of Human Resources at Bowen Family Homes and Home South Communities, Chris was instrumental in developing comprehensive HR practices for a regional firm with operations across four states. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University.
