Christopher Irby

Christopher Irby, LSSBB has extensive experience in various leadership roles, starting as a Manufacturing Supervisor at First Convenience Bank in 2011. Christopher then moved to roles such as Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, where they implemented safety programs and training to improve productivity and reduce incidents. Their responsibilities expanded to Purchasing Manager and Business Process Manager, where they negotiated contracts and managed vendor relationships. Most recently, they served as the SAP Transformation Business Lead. Throughout their career, Christopher consistently demonstrated a commitment to driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety.

Christopher Irby, LSSBB obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2010. Christopher also holds additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, OSHA 30 Hour, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma - Green Belt from various institutions between 2014 and 2017.
