Jesse Cervene

Jesse Cervene currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, a position held since January 2018, focusing on operational excellence, process improvement, and lean manufacturing. Jesse's extensive experience includes previous roles as Operational Excellence Manager, Quality Manager, and Maintenance Technician, with a strong emphasis on operations management, manufacturing process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership. Prior to joining Oldcastle, Jesse worked at Silgan Containers for over 14 years in various roles, including Maintenance Mechanic and Packer, and served in the United States Armed Forces from November 1995 to February 2002. Jesse holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Iowa Central Community College and has completed training at Gemba Academy.
