Chip Winner has over 29 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Regional Engineering Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure since June 1994. Prior to this role, Chip worked as a Structural Engineer at Lotz, DEC, Inc. from May 1988 to April 1994.
