Meagan Boson

Meagan Boson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Meagan is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Performance at Oldcastle Infrastructure, a position they started in July 2021. Prior to this, Meagan founded their own company, The Meagan Boson Firm, in October 2020.

Before their entrepreneurial journey, Meagan held various management roles in well-established companies. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Americold Logistics, LLC. as the Director of Continuous Improvement and AOS. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at ADP.

Meagan gained expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies during their tenure at AkzoNobel, where they worked as a Master Black Belt from 2016 to 2017. Meagan also had significant experience at Harsco Rail between 2012 and 2016, where they served as the Strategy Management Leader and the Division Continuous Improvement Leader.

Meagan's career began at GE Energy in 2005, where they held various roles, including Black Belt, Plant Assessment Engineer, and Edison Engineer. During their time at GE Energy, they developed a strong understanding of data quality, process compliance, and implementing Lean Six Sigma tools to drive productivity improvements.

Meagan Boson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University, completing their education between 1999 and 2004. Meagan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from American InterContinental University, specializing in Finance, General, during the period of 2011 to 2012. Meagan also pursued a Masters Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Prosci Fundamentals of Change Management and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from GE Power. Meagan's certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) is currently not specified.
