Nikhil Pandey

Nikhil Pandey has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on business transformation, client partnerships, and operations. Nikhil currently serves as the Accounts Payable Transformation Lead at Oldcastle Infrastructure. Prior to this, they were the Director of Transformation at HealthComp. Nikhil also worked at GENPACT for over a decade, where they held several roles including Asst. Vice President of Business Transformation, Client Partner, Shared Services Operations, and Global Operations Lead. Before joining GENPACT, they worked as a Senior Team Leader at Convergys India Services and as a Team Leader at Hero ITES.

Nikhil Pandey completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2000. Nikhil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, which they completed in 2002. In 2023, they enrolled at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business to study Accounting. Nikhil has also obtained certifications such as PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and Green Belt - Six sigma from Genpact India in 2013.
