Phillip Troha is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure since March 2023, Phillip has held key leadership roles at various companies, including Plant Manager at ITW and General Manager at MW Industries, Inc. Notably, Phillip managed all manufacturing operations at the Chicago Manufacturing Facilities I & II while at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing. With over two decades at MPG "Performance Driven," Phillip held multiple positions, including Director of Operations and Plant Manager, overseeing comprehensive operations in forge manufacturing and production control.
