Scott Surber

Scott Surber serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Oldcastle Lawn & Garden, Inc. since June 2021, overseeing three manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Virginia with a total P&L responsibility of $35 million and conducting site audits and visits. Previously, Scott held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Oldcastle from November 2007 and served as Plant Manager at Sprint from May 1994 to January 2007. Scott's career began as a Truck Driver. Scott completed education at Osawatomie High School, earning a diploma in 1983.
