Courtney Pappas

Courtney Pappas is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University. Currently serving as a Floating Director at Olde Towne Pet Resorts since May 2023, Courtney's previous roles include Restaurant Manager at Alexandria Restaurant Partners, LLC, and Great American Restaurants, where substantial experience in managing employees and overseeing large volume establishments was gained. A background in food and beverage management was developed through positions at The Reeds at Shelter Haven, along with internships that provided diverse culinary skills, including baking at Penn State Bakery. Early career experience began as a waitress at O'Hara's Pub, where Courtney led team operations and honed customer service skills.
