Sonja Trappmann

Sonja Trappmann currently serves as the Head of Central & Digital Sales Private Customers at Oldenburgische Landesbank AG since August 2023. Previously, from June 2001 to June 2023, Sonja held multiple leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, including Leiterin Regionales Beratungscenter Nordwest, where responsibilities included developing digital banking for private and business customers, enhancing the "DirectSales" channel, and fostering the growth of leaders and teams. Other positions at Deutsche Bank encompassed overseeing regional qualification strategies and coaching during transformation processes, as well as managing an Investment- & FinanzCenter. Sonja's educational credentials include certification as a European Business Coach from the European Academy of Business-Coaching and training as a Bankkauffrau from Deutsche Bank/IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein.
