Javier Ramirez Jr. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Currently serving as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC since July 2021, Javier has previously held the position of Financial Analyst at Greystar for nearly four years. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Leasing Professional at Greystar and a Summer Intern in the Energy Management Group at Air Liquide. Javier also completed an internship at Manske Wealth Management, where responsibilities included leading events and presenting to the CEO, along with a Financial Services Intern position at First Investors, focusing on case studies and client data management. Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Commercial Real Estate Track from the University of Houston, graduating in 2017.
