Raul Diaz Castellar

Raul Diaz Castellar has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Raul began their career in 2012 as a Multinational Accounts Coordinator at AIG. Raul then moved on to Willis Towers Watson in 2015 as a Senior Account Executive before returning to AIG as a Multinational Accounts Coordinator for the Andean Zone.

In 2017, Raul joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as the Director of International Business, where they remained until 2022. During their time at Zurich, they gained significant experience in managing international business operations.

From 2022 to 2023, Raul served as the Commercial Manager at Bupa Global Latinoamérica, where they worked on developing sales strategies and managing commercial activities.

Currently, Raul holds the position of Regional Sales Director at Olé life, starting in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing regional sales operations.

Throughout their career, Raul Diaz Castellar has demonstrated expertise in sales, management, and international business within the insurance industry.

Raul Diaz Castellar obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EADA Business School, completing the program from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, studying from 2006 to 2011.
