Jesper Christoffer Skou

Jesper Christoffer Skou is an experienced professional in procurement and category management, currently serving as the Head of Group Procurement at Ole & Steen since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jesper worked as a Category Group Manager at 7 - Eleven from February 2012 to September 2017, and as a Business Manager at emmerys organic bakery & coffee from August 2008 to January 2012. Jesper's earlier experience includes serving as Group Category Manager at ISO supermarked from September 1999 to July 2008 and as Junior Category Manager at Salling Group from February 1995 to August 1999. Jesper holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Business Institute Denmark, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and a Higher Business Degree in Business Administration and Management from Skanderborg Odder handels Gymnasium.
