Basar Sener

Basar Sener is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Distribution Partnerships at Olea since 2022, Basar previously held key positions at Standard Chartered Bank from 2017 to 2022, including Executive Director of Financial Markets Sales, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Basar was an Executive Director at Booz & Company, leading transformative projects in financial services across the Middle East and Turkey. Early career roles included Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation and Assistant Vice President at Garanti Bank. Basar holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed advanced programs at INSEAD and Carnegie Mellon University.
