Charles He

Charles Charles is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and solutions design. Currently serving as Chief Architect at Olea since September 2021, Charles is involved in building a fully-digitized trade finance platform in collaboration with Linklogis. Prior to this role, Charles held significant positions, including Principal Solutions Architect at GovTech Singapore from December 2018 to August 2021 and Principal IT Architect at NCS from January 2002 to December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch from 2000 to 2002. Academic credentials include a Master of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Computer Science and Business Analysis from the University of Wollongong. Charles's foundational education was completed at Zhi Xin Middle School.
