Kelly Andreano

Kelly Andreano has extensive experience in public service and education. Currently serving as a Cattaraugus County Legislator for District 5 since January 2020, Kelly also holds the position of Chairperson for Preschool Special Education at Olean City School District, starting in September 2003. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Kelly has been with Olean City Schools since August 1998 and previously worked at Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES from December 1993 to August 1998. Additionally, Kelly served as Ward #2 Alderman for the City of Olean from November 2014 to December 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from PennWest Edinboro.
