Fiona Fitzgerald

Fiona Fitzgerald has worked as a PA to the Managing Director at O'Leary Insurances Ltd since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at permanent tsb for over 30 years as a Senior Customer Service representative. Fiona gained extensive knowledge in office administration and customer service during their time there, and also obtained their QFA qualification in 2013. Fiona recently completed various Microsoft courses and is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Fiona Fitzgerald's education history includes a diploma in Financial Advice from the Institute of Bankers & UCD, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. In 2018, they attended Access It and acquired Microsoft certification in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Additionally, in the same year, Fiona also completed a Sage 50 Payroll course at the Nagle Centre Waterford, focusing on payroll management both manually and using computerized systems.
