Mark Abrahams

Mark Abrahams, CPsychol AFBPsS, has worked in various roles throughout their career. Mark started in 1999 at PA Consulting Group as a Consultant. Mark then moved on to Cubiks, where they worked as a Principal Consultant from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Consultant at PSL (Psychometric Services Ltd), specializing in assessment and development activity. PSL was later acquired by Kenexa, where Mark served as a Senior Consultant and eventually became the Director of the EMEA Assessment Division from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they joined MyWorkSearch Ltd as the Head of Research, where they developed an online SaaS platform for employability training. In the same year, they also joined MWS Technology Ltd as the Head of Research and Analytics, overseeing the development of the Aptem platform. Mark then joined Oleeo (formerly WCN) in 2013 as the Principal Psychologist. In 2016, Mark began working as an Independent Consultant at Mark Abrahams Consulting, and also took on the role of Associate Psychologist at LaunchPad Recruits.

Mark Abrahams, CPsychol AFBPsS, holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol. Mark also obtained a PGCE (FE) in Post Graduate Certificate in Adult and Further Education from the University of Greenwich. Additionally, they have an MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of East London.
