Samir Khelil has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Samir began their career at WCN in 2000, where they worked as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering key projects and streamlining operations processes. Samir then moved on to become an Account Manager, managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. In 2007, Samir took on the role of Head of Account Management, where they oversaw all WCN accounts, implemented growth strategies, and successfully defended key accounts. During this time, they also played a crucial role in convincing HMRC to centralize all UK government recruitment into a single solution. In 2010, Samir became the Head of Global Sales, where they had overall responsibility for new business activities globally, managing field sales, pre-sales, and tender management. Samir also designed and implemented the go-to-market strategy and improved inter-department collaboration, leading to higher client satisfaction. In 2017, Samir joined No Spoon as a Director before moving to Oleeo (formerly WCN) in 2018, where they held the position of Asia Pacific Director and APAC Director.
Samir Khelil obtained a Master's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from KEDGE Business School, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
