Shelley Ingram

Shelley Ingram has extensive experience in senior executive roles. Shelley served as the Vice President of Global Customer Success at Oleeo, where they managed Account Management and Customer Success teams globally. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and General Manager of the software business unit at Securimate. Shelley also held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Path Intelligence, where they established go-to-market strategies and built customer success infrastructure. Additionally, Shelley served as the Vice President of Professional Services, Account Management, and Customer Success at Lumesse, and as the Director of Professional Services at Authoria. Shelley began their career as a Managing Consultant at Anderson Business Consulting.

Shelley Ingram completed their Masters of Communication in Journalism at Stanford University from 1997 to 1998. Shelley also obtained an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1991 and 1994.
