Additionally, Kurt serves on the Board of Directors for J.A. Lee Companies and AetherPal Inc., and is the founder and partner at Rhinebeck Fund LLC. Prior to establishing their firm, Kurt was a partner in the Corporate & Securities Department at ReedSmith LLP. Kurt holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
