Karolien Glorieux has extensive experience in quality assurance, particularly within the food, feed, and cosmetic sectors. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Coordinator at Oleon since June 2013, Karolien oversees product quality for a diverse range of markets. Prior roles include coordinating quality assurance systems at Herbafrost NV and managing quality at Chocoladewerken Gudrun NV. Karolien began their career as a quality assurance assistant at Chocoladewerken Gudrun NV and has held positions as a Research & Development professional and quality assurance and lab manager. Academically, Karolien holds a bachelor's degree in Agro- and Food Technology from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and is pursuing a Green Belt in Lean from Van Goubergen P&M Productivity Improvement.
