Rafael Pinheiro

Rafael Pinheiro currently serves as a Purchasing Coordinator at Oleon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rafael accumulated over a decade of experience at SCHOTT, where positions included Supervisor de Compras, Coordenador de Compras, Head Of Purchasing, and Purchaser. Earlier career experience includes working as an Internal Seller at TechFilter from January 2012 to July 2013. Rafael holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Administração Estratégica from FIA Business School, expected to be completed in February 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained in 2020, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, completed in 2015.
