Rik Slabbinck

Rik Slabbinck currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Oleon since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles in Process and Quality Engineering at Veolia Belgium & Luxembourg from March 2022 to September 2024 and Engineering Operations and R&D at SUEZ Treatment & Recycling from September 2017 to April 2022. Additional experience includes working as an R&D Engineer at FLAMAC, where data analysis and automated platform programming were key responsibilities, and as a Project Coordinator for Production at Nuscience Group, focusing on optimizing raw material supply and storage while managing a factory team. Rik has pursued advanced education in Lean Six Sigma, achieving a Six Sigma Black Belt in July 2024 and studying Lean Management in late 2023.
