Matthew Monkress is a seasoned litigation paralegal with extensive experience across multiple prominent law firms since 2001, currently serving as a Litigation Paralegal at McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC and as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP. With a strong focus on e-Discovery and electronic case management, Matthew has been instrumental in integrating best practices and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency in litigation processes. Notable achievements include leading the sole major litigation paralegal role in a firm with over 20 litigators, conducting client and witness interviews, and developing updated case management templates. Previous roles include managing multi-national patent litigation at Klarquist Sparkman, implementing document management systems at Floyd Pflueger & Ringer, and overseeing case management efforts at various firms. Matthew holds an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Utah Valley State College and continues to contribute to technology and wellness initiatives within the legal community.
