Safiya Dahir

Safiya Dahir has over 10 years of work experience in the retail industry. Safiya began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at Sunglass Hut. In 2010, they moved to The Connor Group as a Sales Agent. In 2013, Safiya took on the role of Assistant Store Manager at Forever 21, where they oversaw day to day activities and interviewed, hired, and trained staff associates. In 2014, they became the Assistant Store Manager at Desigual, where they improved productivity while reducing staffing and operational costs. In 2016, Safiya became the Store Manager at Smoochie Baby, where they engaged and interacted with customers to create positive shopping experiences and drive revenue growth. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Olfactory NYC as a Senior Manager.

Safiya Dahir began their educational journey at Georgia State University Perimeter College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2009. Safiya then continued their education at Kennesaw State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2011, also in Business Administration and Management, General.
