Chris Hill

Chris Hill has over 19 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Sr. Director of Channel Operations at OLG since June 2021. Before that, they worked at Flights are Booked from March 2020 to April 2021, where they traveled the world. From 2017 to 2020, Chris held the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Operations and Planning at Finastra, where they were responsible for post-merger customer support integration. Prior to that, they worked at D+H from 2012 to 2017, taking on roles such as Director of Process Excellence and Program Manager for Canadian Operations. Chris also spent time at Showcare as a Director of Services and Technical Account Manager from 2004 to 2012. Chris'searliest work experience was as a Project Manager at DB Schenker from 2002 to 2004, where they managed logistics plans for international trade shows and sporting events.

Chris Hill attended the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Business Process Management. Prior to that, they studied International Trade at Fleming College from 2001 to 2002. Chris'sundergraduate education was completed at the University of Guelph, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Chris has obtained certifications such as the OLG Rotman Succession Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Six Sigma Global Institute and Project Management Institute, respectively.
