Matilde Arruda has worked in various roles in the food industry since 2014. Matilde began their career as Gerente Operacional at Makis Place in 2014. In 2018, they became the Business Owner at Sushi Plus. Currently, they are the Head of Kitchen Operations and Gerente de operações at Olga Ri.
Matilde Arruda completed a diploma in Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Anhembi Morumbi for Gastronomia and Universidad Industrial de Santander for Gestión Empresarial.
