Deepti Ballal

Deepti Ballal is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in molecular simulations and modeling. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at OLI Systems, Inc. since 2021, Deepti previously held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ames Laboratory, focusing on nucleation and phase behavior of metallic systems, and as a Senior Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company, where molecular modeling of polymeric systems was performed to enhance product design. Deepti's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, where research centered on thermodynamic modeling of complex fluids, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
