Brian Field is a business transformation leader and founder of Olim LLC, with a track record of aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver multi-million-dollar profits and improved operational outcomes. They served as Chief Operating Officer at Emerald Expositions (2019–2024) and as interim President & CEO (2020–2021), and previously as COO of UBM Americas (2013–2018) and as President & COO of VOY (2003–2007). Earlier in their career, they led SVP, Product Operations at VOY Digital (2001–2003) and held senior roles at StarMedia and VOY. They held a Ph.D. from Columbia University, an M.M. from The Juilliard School, and a B.A. in English and Music from Connecticut College.
