Diego Stefani

Diego Stefani has extensive experience in sales and business development in the HVAC industry. Diego currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Business Development for Olimpia Splendid S.p.A. and Olimpia Splendid USA. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing for North America at Olimpia Splendid USA. Before joining Olimpia Splendid, they worked at The Whalen Company as the Director of Business Development for North and Latin America. Diego was responsible for establishing new manufacturer representation, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Diego also has experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Crystal Distribution Inc. - CDI Curbs, a Business Development Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, an Area Sales Manager at Daikin North America, and a Western Regional Sales Manager at Johnson Controls and York International. Diego'scareer began at ROBUR S.p.A., where they held roles as a US Regional Sales Manager and an Export Sales Director.

Diego Stefani's education history begins in 1982 when they attended Roycemore School. Diego then went on to Loyola Academy from 1986 to 1988. Following that, they attended the American School of Milan from 1988 to 1990. Diego's higher education started at Brussels University - Vesalius College in association with Boston University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Diego has also obtained certifications from the Johnson Controls Unitary Product Leadership Academy in 2011 and the Rapport International – Leadership Breakthrough Graduate program in 2012.
