OLIN
Andrew Dobshinsky is a seasoned urban planner and educator with extensive experience in planning and design. Currently serving as a Planning Associate at OLIN since January 2018, Andrew has also been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design since January 2007, leading numerous planning workshops and studios focused on sustainability and climate change. Prior to OLIN, Andrew held various roles at WRT from December 2005 to January 2018, advancing from Planner to Senior Associate. Educational background includes a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Digital Media Design from the University of Pennsylvania.
