Chi-tsai Liu has extensive experience in landscape architecture, currently serving as an Associate at OLIN since August 2013. Prior to this role, Chi-tsai Liu worked as a Senior Landscape Architect at Olin Partnership from August 2001 to November 2010. Chi-tsai Liu holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from SUNY ESF, completed between 1998 and 2001.
