Ashley Gray

Ashley Gray possesses significant experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director - Talent Acquisition and Compliance at Olin since August 2008. Prior roles include Corporate Human Resources Manager at Olin and Undergraduate Advising Assistant at West Virginia University from August 2007 to May 2008. Ashley's earlier career includes positions as a Leasing Agent at Chateau Royale Apartments from October 2004 to May 2007 and as a Ski School Instructor at Winterplace Ski Resort from January 2002 to March 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, both obtained from West Virginia University.
