Ben Lee is an experienced operations leader and engineer with a strong background in the chemical industry. Currently serving as Operations Leader and Maintenance Group Leader at Olin since July 2022, Ben previously held the position of R&D Senior Staff Engineer at The Chemours Company from February 2021 to June 2022. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as a Production Engineer at Olin Chlor Alkali Products and SNF Holding Company, as well as a Co-op Engineer at Tronox. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Engineering from Pearl River Community College.
