Rebecca MacDonald

Rebecca MacDonald is an accomplished leader in process automation and operational excellence with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Since October 2015, Rebecca has held various leadership roles at Olin, including Process Automation Operational Excellence Leader and Operations Leader, contributing to the company's commitment to Responsible Care. Prior to Olin, Rebecca worked at Dow Chemical as a Run Plant Engineer within the Dow Chlorinated Products division from June 2012 to October 2015. Earlier in career, Rebecca gained valuable experience as an Engineering Co-op at International Paper from 2009 to 2011. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which was completed in 2012.
