Rogério Salina is a seasoned logistics and procurement professional with extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Latam Logistics Services Purchaser at Olin since March 2021, Rogério focuses on cost reduction in materials and services procurement, including road freight and bulk vessels. Previous roles include Senior Logistics Procurement Executive at Johnson & Johnson, where significant savings were realized through effective negotiations and contract renewals. Earlier positions at ZF Group, Tricon Energy, Omya, and BASF contributed to a robust foundation in logistics operations, foreign trade, and strategic process optimization. Rogério holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Management MBA from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, complemented by a leadership course from Harvard Online.
